We had a great discussion with Sharon Price John, President and CEO of Build-A-Bear Workshop on Friday, June 26.
Sharon is a dynamo who exuded leadership as she described what it’s been like to shut down 300 locations during the pandemic (90% of their retail stores) while increasing their capacity for online sales, which has grown three-fold during this same time period. She shared how the retail apocalypse, Brexit and COVID-19 have caused her and her leadership team to rethink their entire brand experience. She was inspirational, insightful and fascinating.
