Meet Linda Pietroburgo

Linda has been a partner at Moneta, a financial services organization, for over 20 years. Moneta is comprised of 25 “teams,” and Linda runs a team that serves upwards of 150 families.

Moneta advocates for, what may be considered, “holistic financial planning:” investments, estate planning, education planning, gifting, and money management. In Linda’s words, “I encourage clients to call me for anything with a dollar sign in front of it.”

She likes helping her clients think through their financial concerns and offering alternatives they may not have thought of to tackle tough decisions head-on. Her passion lies in sustainably responsible investing—a field where she holds certification. Being sustainably responsible answers the question: in what ways can a client’s values affect and help inform financial decision-making? Clients have asked her to build portfolios around climate change, reproductive health, black-owned companies, and female-lead businesses.

Throughout her storied career, Linda has observed that female leaders tend to show a great deal of humility and gratitude, as well as a desire to support and lift women. In fact, she pointed to our member, Peggy Guest, who nominated Linda to Forum many years ago, as an example of someone who is outstanding at mentoring and cultivating these relationships.

Linda is indebted to the Forum for providing a community of women where immediate connection is easy.  “The financial industry is more male-oriented, and my perspective can seem unique, but at the luncheons I can interact with many like-minded leaders.”

Linda loves to run, swim, cycle, ski (in fact, she attended a women’s ski camp during COVID). Recently, she became an assistant coach for Girls on the Run, an organization that mentors girls, helping them build confidence at a challenging time for most: puberty.

Linda is also a big reader and recommends:
